• Responding to varied student needs and schedules by employing a variety of teaching-learning formats in Biblical studies and practical Christian service fields.
• Strengthening the effectiveness of Christians for service in their local churches, Christian organizations, or community involvement.
• Seeking partnerships with other Christian ministries: (1) to provide assistance that will enhance the effectiveness of their ministry; (2) to team with other ministries to generate a greater impact through cooperation.
