Students may
make payments by cash, check, or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
Payment
Schedule
Payment for all classes is due at the time of registration. However, if
a complete payment cannot be made at that time, a payment plan can be
set up according to the following schedule:
- Taking
only 1 course during the term – 50% deposit at time of registration.
- Taking
2 or more courses during the term – 35% deposit at time of
registration.
- The remainder
is to be paid by the time the last course is completed.
- No grades
or credits will be issued until all fees are paid.
- In the
case of checks or credit cards not clearing, attendant charges will
be assigned to the student’s account. No grades or class credit
will be issued until all accounts are cleared.
Refund
Policy
A student may find it necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to withdraw
from a class or classes after registering. Such a student may be entitled
to a tuition refund. To initiate this process, the student should secure
an “Official Withdrawal Form” from the office, obtain the
necessary signatures, and return it to the office. The date the “Official
Withdrawal Form” is returned to the office is the effective date
of withdrawal.
If the form
is returned within 3 days following the first class meeting of a specific
course, a student will receive a 100% refund of his/her tuition. Refunds
are then pro-rated as follows:
- 75% after
two class sessions
- 50 % after
three class sessions
After four
class sessions, no refund will be given.
