College Football – Week 9 – Texas Handles Unbeaten Oklahoma State, and Penn State Whips Ohio State
College Football the 9th Weeks, the five teams looked at the top of the AP Top 25 Poll Give notice to any and all opponents they do not move down slightly.
No. 1 Texas hosts unbeaten No. 7 Oklahoma State and won 28-24 by the Cowboys scored almost half of their 46 points on average over seven games. Achieved in 4 of 7 wins ICT HAD Oklahoma State 56, 57, 55 and 56 points in consecutive games. The Cowboys played hard to lose target at the end of the Longhorns Refused.
No. 2 Alabama Traveled to unranked Tennessee and the Crimson Tide rolled to beat the Volunteers 29-9. His Tennessee May the best team in the country in 5.3. Few people realize that the flights are sorted 14th nationally in rushing defense, 17th in scoring defense and 17th in passing defense.
No. 3 Penn State Traveled to No. 10 Ohio State, and turned back one of the nation’s top defense in a nail-biter 13-6. The Nittany Lions had rolled through the first six games before facing Wisconsin and Michigan on the road to home. Many experts thought their weak schedule, the Buckeyes were compared. Not so. Jopa team left Ohio State with a 9-0 record.
Less well known fact that during the War of the Buckeyes were in the top 25 teams were ranked in five categories, the Nittany Lions defensive statistically ranked among the top 25 in the same categories. In addition, Penn State was in the top 25 in a category other defensive and offensive Two other categories. Ohio State Will not play in the BCS National Championship Game this year.
No. 4 Oklahoma Traveled to unranked Kansas State and won the game in the first half, 55-28. Kansas won in the second half, 7-3. The final was 58-35. Suffice it to defense, which was not on the screen to say.
No. 5 Florida hosts the Kentucky Wildcats and the school took in a 63-5 romp some ideas that would never end soon enough.

The rest of the AP Top 25 winner did not create much stir. Was No. 13 Boise State over San Jose State 33-16, No. 15 Texas Christian 54-7 over Wyoming, Colorado, 58-0 over No. 16 Missouri, No. 18 UNLV 42-35 over Brigham Young, No. 20 Ball State over Eastern Michigan 38-16, over No. 22 Tulsa Central Florida 49-19, No. 24 Florida State over Virginia Tech 30-20 and No. 25 Minnesota over Purdue 17-6.
Other top-25 teams lost unranked teams, the No. 14 South Florida 24-20 to Louisville, No. 17 Rutgers 54-34 to Pittsburgh, No. 21 Georgia Tech 24-17 to Virginia, and taken to No. 23 Boston College North Carolina 45-24. No. 12 Utah was idle this week.
The only unbeaten teams remaining 8 are Texas, Alabama, Penn State, Texas Tech, Utah, Boise State, Ball State and Tulsa.
If the new AP Top 25 List for Week 10 were cam out in oven-team missing no. Pittsburgh 17, No. 19 Kansas, No. 21 Georgia Tech and No. 23 Boston College. Were all losers this week and then disappeared.
New to the list this year at No. 25 Maryland and return to the top 25 from earlier in the season Were No. 21 North Carolina No. 22 Michigan State and No. 23 Oregon.
College Football the 10th Week is a pretty blade schedule with two exceptions. An undefeated team loses for the first time as No. 1 Texas (8-0) No. 6 Texas Tech (8-0) enters. The Red Raiders understand that the No. 1 you have no one to beat. Texas has 100% of the votes for first place in the AP Poll.
